Q:	How do you charge for services?
A:	We estimate the job based on complexity, amount of equipment required, market factors and more. Billing rate has historically been in the $45 to $125 per hour range depending on many factors.

Q:	How long have you been in business?
A:	G & V Shalom traces its roots back to "Van's Services," the co-owner's neighborhood lawn & garden service begun in the 70s! Then it was known as Creative Word Trees in 2005, and incorporated as G & V Shalom Tree Care in early 2006.

Q:	Geographical coverage?
A:	While our day-to-day work is performed in South Florida (Broward County, Palm Beach County, Miami-Dade County, Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Coral Springs, Parkland, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, etc.) we travel worldwide. We recently worked on project in San Salvador, El Salvador, and have consulted in Peru, Arizona, California, and Mississippi.

Q:	How can I pay once we've established a rate or project cost?
A:	Please use the Payment button on the navigation bar at the left side of the screen, toward the bottom. You may need to scroll once. We use PayPal, which itself accepts major credit cards. The system is completely secure. Paypal processes the order. No credit cards numbers become visible to us and that's perfectly fine with us!
